Answer: We are fully insured with a comprehensive five million dollar umbrella policy carried by Hanover Insurance Group.
Question: Where can I pick up keys if i left and did not received them?
Answer: All keys left overnight will be available at the beginning of the next days shift. For shift times please call Next Level Valet @ (512) 851 7032
Question: How do I report damage to my vehicle?
Answer: All claims should be made before exiting the valet premises; report any suspected damage to account manager to proceed with the claim process.
Question: Can I Leave my vehicle overnight with valet?
Answer: All accounts have options to leave vehicles overnight. At paid accounts there is a 25.00 per night fee. For specific details regarding overnight vehicles please peak with the account manager.
